Steve is most known for his work at Church Community Builder where he assisted in catalyzing an 8-year period of double-digit growth.Steve has authored hundreds of articles and eBooks about effective leadership and organizational health. Creating and releasing resources to fund Kingdom causes is the work that he is most passionate about. Currently, Steve is the Chief Growth Officer at Generis and is working alongside the team to increase their reach and impact. When he is not in the office or writing, you can find him in his home away from home, enjoying the brilliant blue skies and deep powder of Colorado with his wife and two sons.
